Return Policy

Here at Flowers on Fourth we take great pride in the quality of our products and our exceptional customer service.  If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us immediately.  After all, we don’t know there is a problem if you don’t tell us.

Local Delivery Fee
For all local deliveries a $10.00 delivery fee will be added for each address, will be added to each order.  For deliveries outside of our local delivery area an additional fee will be added.

Same Day Delivery
U.S. orders must be received by 12:00 noon in the recipient’s time zone to guarantee same-day delivery.  Orders that are received after that time cannot be guaranteed to be delivered that day and may be delivered the following day.

Timed Deliveries
We will do our very best to deliver your order at a particular time, however, we cannot guarantee timed deliveries.

Sunday Deliveries
We are unable to make deliveries on Sunday.  Deliveries for Sunday will be delivered the following business day.

Substitutions
Due to the availability of certain flowers, substitutions may be necessary.  The overall style, color and feel of the piece will be maintained and flowers of equal value will be used.  It may also be necessary to substitute certain keepsake items if that item is not currently in stock.  In regards to gift baskets, minor substitutions may be made in order to expedite your order.  If for some reason this is not acceptable or if you are concerned about food allergies please indicate so in the Special Instructions section.

Sales Tax
All Internet orders will be charged 8.6% sales tax.  This is the rate that our shop is charged, and applies to all orders regardless of the final destination.

Changes to your Order
If you find it necessary to make changes to or cancel your order please call us directly at (520) 586-3079.  We will do our best to accommodate your wishes but be advised that we are unable to cancel orders that have already been delivered.  Cancellation will not be accepted via e-mail.

Shipping
All gift items are shipped directly through UPS.  Currently we are unable to guarantee shipment to hospitals, hotels and may not be able to send some items to PO boxes.  The date your order will be received will depend on the time of day ordered, the shipping date and the shipping method you select.  Items shipped UPS Ground can take 7 to 10 business days and delivery dates are not guaranteed.  Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period.  However, the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days.  An order shipped on Friday would be delivered the following Tuesday.
